Privacy policy

RecallRoute does not require an account and does not ask for a VIN, name, address, or payment information to perform a model-level search.

Vehicle searches

Search requests contain the selected model year, make, and model. These details describe a vehicle category and are not used by RecallRoute to identify an individual.

Infrastructure logs

Hosting and network providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. RecallRoute uses Cloudflare for DNS, proxying, TLS, and network protection.

External services

RecallRoute requests public vehicle safety data from NHTSA and links to NHTSA pages. External websites operate under their own privacy policies. RecallRoute currently does not provide user accounts or accept payments.

Advertising and analytics

Advertising and audience analytics are not currently enabled. This policy will be updated before services that set advertising or analytics cookies are introduced.
